Light Share ("Service") is operated by Markloc Technologies Private Limited, a company incorporated under the laws of India ("Company", "we", "our", or "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, mobile applications, and related services.
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not access or use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts at our sole discretion if these Terms are violated.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You are solely responsible for any files, data, or content transmitted through the Service. You must not use the Service to transmit unlawful, harmful, infringing, defamatory, or malicious content.
We do not claim ownership of your content. However, you grant us a limited, temporary license to process and transmit your content solely for the purpose of operating the Service. We do not monitor or endorse user content and assume no liability for it.
All rights, title, and interest in and to the Service, including software, trademarks, branding, logos, and content (excluding user content), are the exclusive property of Markloc Technologies Private Limited. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
Certain features may require payment. All purchases are processed securely through authorized payment providers or app store platforms. Refunds are available within 7 days of payment unless otherwise required by applicable law. For refund assistance, contact support@markloc.in.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of information as described therein.
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Markloc Technologies Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses arising from your use or inability to use the Service.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms or if required by law.
You agree to comply with all applicable export control laws and regulations when using the Service.
Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Solapur, Maharashtra, India, in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The arbitration shall be conducted in English. These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.
If you download the application from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, you acknowledge that Apple Inc. and Google LLC are not responsible for the Service and are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms as applicable under their platform policies.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
